You

You have 8+ years of industry experience in a branding consultancy or design firm. Experience managing and executing a mix of graphic design, packaging and corporate branding projects. Experience owning and nurturing senior or VP level client relationships. Experience with CPG brands, beer, wine and spirits, as well as cause work a plus.

Position Responsibilities

You make it delightful for clients and profitable for The Butler Bros to do great work that matters. You do this by thinking critically about all aspects of our work and workflow while engendering a feeling of team unity for all involved. You will work with our clients and internal team to define and ensure projects are poised to meet their strategic objectives – on time and on budget. You will work on very diverse projects from identity to digital to film to packaging. You will be interacting with clients, creating and managing workflows, and collaborating with creative staff. You will work in close collaboration with our Project Manager who will support you – together you are the Studio account team. As the central point of client communication, you will actively generate and craft project briefs, scopes and estimates. You will monitor risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance. You will manage expectations, ensure delivery of the highest-quality service and solicit and act on client feedback in partnership with our team. You will be highly communicative with agency ownership as well as our clients, internal team and partners of every kind. You will program and help produce “strategic blitzes” which are the top of the funnel of our strategic practice and the place from which we derive strategy. You will play a critical role in new business development and acquisition.
