Shining a light on disturbing facts about sugary beverage consumption is best done with creatures we all love!

In partnership with Common, led by Alex Bogusky and writer Ronny Northrop, we executive produced “The Real Bears” for the Center for Science in the Public Interest. We hired Lucas Zanotto to direct and animate the short film. Jason Mraz wrote and performed an original track, “Sugar,” just for the film. We’re proud to help spur an active conversation around conscious consumption of sugary drinks in the U.S. Please share the work with your own family and friends through TheRealBears.org. Also watch the Director’s Cut, which was selected as a Vimeo staff pick.

“Bold ideas, carefully calibrated, and then flawlessly executed. Working with The Butler Bros is invigorating. You definitely do not want them on the other side of your issue.”
